CIRTPA TTC Committee
The Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance (CIRTPA) receives technical guidance and recommendations from the CIRTPA’s Transportation Technical Committee (TTC). Their respective councils or boards appoint the CIRTPA’s TTC representatives, primarily senior staff from the CIRTPA member governments and participating agencies. The CIRTPA TTC offers recommendation to the CIRTPA on transportation planning issues and proposals. The Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) is in an advisory, non-voting capacity on this committee. If you have questions about the group, please contact Andrew Collings.
