Unified Planning Work Program and Budget (UPWP)

The Fiscal Year 2027 Unified Planning Work Program and Budget (FY 2027 UPWP) is CIRTPA’s work plan for the current fiscal year. The FY 2027 UPWP identifies planning activities completed in the prior fiscal year, and documents all planning activities and anticipated work products for the current fiscal year. In addition, the FY 2027 UPWP also documents CIRTPA’s costs to support the fiscal year planning activities and work products. A copy of the FY 2027 UPWP can be found HERE.

Transportation Improvement Program

CIRTPA has prepared the Federal Fiscal Years 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which details the use of federal funds for transportation projects in the next four years in the Regional Planning Affiliation Planning Area.

The TIP contents are the responsibility of the CIRTPA. The United States Government and its agencies assume no liability for the contents of the Federal Fiscal Years 2027-2030 TIP or for the use of its contents.
